Witch a Beckett Burner, We removed 4 seperate circulator pumps and used four new zone valves on the new boiler.

Why all the COPPER pipe downstream of the zone valves? At todays costs? Why not plastic??  Love your forum, though!!  Fred K

anyone have issues with Burnham's boilers cracking??  If so please advise any course of action...ours is less than 10 years old

It should be under warranty if its less than ten but you will more than likely be responsible for labor cost.
