| I have a Burnham Series 4 - 403B - that is three years old. The upper part of the chamber has a rust hole in it that causes the system to use a significant amount of water. I have to replace this boiler. Unfortunately, this is the second Burnham boiler that has suffered from this problem. Is the rust condition a known product defect with this particular model and with Burnham residential boilers in general? Am I likely to get any satisfaction out of Burnham through their warranties? Thanks.

If there is warrenty left they will honor it but if its the second one already you may want to consider something different :(
