I have been told that I have a pinhole in the coil of my oil burner - do I need to replace the burner or can it be repaired?
They are asking for $6600. for a new Burnham Cast Iron burner. Is that a fair price? Can the coil be replaced? The current burner is 28 years old.

| It probably can be replaced, but 28 years could be time to replace the whole boiler. Price may be a little high.
