Has anyone installed the Schutz "Tank in Tank" all plastic oil tanks? Are they

legal and approved for Massachusetts? Seems like a better idea than the galvanized

outer shell double wall tanks.

Not familiar with that tank.  Agree on the Roth tank though, excellent tank.  Gonna get one soon for my own house.

Guys,

Thanks for the feedback. I guess I will go with the Roth tank. Any opinions

on the Grandby double wall tank? My supply house also told me Schutz

makes a tank identical to the Roth for $150.00 less. Has anyone seen or

used one of the Schutz tanks?

I have seen the Granby in print only..looks the same construction as the Roth.  Same thing, maybe, I would look at cost and make decision.

I used to replace many oil tanks but the last cpl years I find myself subbing them out. The permits and disposal of the tank is a hassle. Plus have you seen the price of oil tanks lately the price is sky high. Steel is like gold now.
